Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for Viraaya Weddings. This full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting meetings, and presenting tailored service offerings to prospective customers.



The role includes nurturing relationships with high-value clients, managing key accounts, and collaborating with the planning and operations teams to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, prepare proposals and presentations, and maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and overseeing client portfolios.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
Experience in sales or business development within events, hospitality, or luxury services
