Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Key responsibilities :
Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis for high-speed boards and packages.
Conduct system-level SI simulations and analyze high-speed interfaces and interconnects.
Perform S-parameter extraction for board/package designs.
Generate and validate 3D models for SI/PI analysis.
Perform circuit-level simulations and correlate simulation results.
Analyze signal quality, crosstalk, reflections, impedance, insertion loss, return loss, and other SI parameters.
Support board/package design and SI/PI analysis throughout the design cycle.
Work closely with PCB, package, hardware, and system design teams to identify and resolve SI/PI issues.
Develop simulation models and provide recommendations for improving signal and power integrity.
Document simulation methodologies, results, findings, and design recommendations.
3+ years of relevant experience in Signal Integrity / Power Integrity engineering.
Experience in board/package design and SI/PI analysis.
Proven experience with S-parameter extraction and modeling.
Experience with high-speed digital interfaces and interconnects.
Hands-on experience with SI/PI simulation and analysis tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
