Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions within Amazon Connect.
Build and customize Amazon Connect applications and integrations.
Develop Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Generative AI solutions.
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based applications.
Integrate AWS AI/ML services with enterprise applications and APIs.
Develop serverless and microservices-based architectures using AWS services.Ensure secure, scalable, and governed AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
Collaborate on contact center modernization and customer experience transformation initiatives.




Improve customer self-service capabilities through AI automation.
Enhance agent productivity using AI-powered tools and workflows.
Drive innovation by leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

Your Profile

Total 12 years of experience in AWS and cloud-native development.
Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Bedrock, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
Proficient in Python, Node.js, AWS Lambda, APIs, and microservices.
Experienced in designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI architectures.
Passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer experience, self-service, and operational efficiency.
