The Role




We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the customisation, configuration and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions for our clients. This is an early-career role in which you will work alongside senior developers, administrators and architects to implement features, resolve defects and support integrations.
You will gain hands-on exposure across the full delivery cycle, from requirement gathering and design reviews through build, testing and deployment, while building towards Salesforce certifications and a robust grounding in platform best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration & Development
• Build and customise Service Cloud and Field Service using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas and Page Layouts.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) under the guidance of senior developers, binding components to backend data.
