Vamayra Global is a consumer products company building Indian brands in wellness, lifestyle and everyday essentials. Our first brand, Yadom Life, is a sensory wellness brand. Its first product is a herbal inhaler, built on a classic bazaar ritual and rebuilt for a Gen-Z India. It launched this year and is running ahead of plan. More products follow over the next several months. We are small, rapid and founder-led, and we are assembling the founding team now.

Role Description
Own everything Yadom Life makes. Organic content, ad creative, influencer content, end to end, from idea to what goes live.
One line to save us both time: this person writes. Every script, hook, caption, ad line and piece of website copy comes from you. There is no copywriter under you and there won't be one. This is a strategist who writes, not a strategist who briefs writers.

What you'll actually do:
Build 2 to 4 repeatable content IPs. Formats with a name, a shape and a reason to come back, not one-off reels. Own the content pillars and the idea filter: what we make, what we kill,



and why.
Plan and run the calendar across Instagram, YouTube and the website. Write the scripts yourself. Direct our video editor and the junior on the team.
Be on set. Direct shoots, decide frames, sit on edits until they are right.
Produce the UGC and ad creative feeding our Meta ads. Volume, variations, hooks. Read hook rate, hold, CTR and ROAS by creative, and let the numbers pick the next batch.
Run the influencer pipeline yourself. Shortlist, outreach, negotiate, mostly barter and low-cost. Brief them so what comes back is usable, then repurpose the best of it into ads.
Aesthetic bar is high and non-negotiable. Zero tolerance on errors: spellings, claims, numbers, ingredient names.
