Role Description The Head – Visual Merchandising is a full time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy across the store and contributing to Royaloak’s brand experience. The role involves developing and implementing visual concepts,



creating impactful window displays, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across showroom layouts and product displays. This position oversees seasonal and promotional setups, collaborates closely with retail and sales teams to support commercial objectives, and analyzes customer behavior to refine visual standards. The Head – Visual Merchandising also trains and guides store staff on display execution, maintains visual merchandising guidelines, and ensures that customer pathways and product storytelling drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications
