Role Overview: Operations Lead
We’re looking for an ultra-organized, systems-driven, sustainability-savvy Fashion Merchandiser to lead all things backend for CitizenEarth.



This is a foundational role: you’ll build our supply chain from scratch, work with ethical manufacturers and conscious vendors, ensure sustainability standards, and bring process excellence to every corner of the brand.

What You’ll Do

1. Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard sustainable vendors, manufacturers, packaging partners, and service providers.
Build long-term relationships with supply chain partners that align with our values and quality standards.
Negotiate fair terms, manage MOQs (minimum order quantities), and oversee contracts and agreements.
