Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, taking responsibility for concept development, detailed architectural design, and coordination with structural and MEP teams. Day-to-day activities include preparing drawings and specifications, reviewing design proposals, conducting site visits, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements, local regulations, and quality standards.



The role involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design issues and support smooth project execution. The Senior Architect will also mentor junior team members, contribute to design reviews, and support continuous improvement of design processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential or premium housing projects.
Ability to collaborate on integration of design with engineering disciplines, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design deliverables.
Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms) and basic understanding of Software Development or system integration concepts is an added advantage.
