Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai / Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth for Noris Medical’s dental implant solutions in the assigned territory. The role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with dental surgeons, clinics, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations.



The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts and pricing, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate sales forecasts, reporting performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to support promotional activities and training events. The role requires regular field visits, participation in industry conferences and workshops, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proven sales skills in the medical or dental device industry, including territory management and account development.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills for working with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.
