Role Description The Customer Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across various channels, providing accurate information about menu items, orders, delivery status, and brand offerings. The consultant will handle customer feedback and complaints,



resolve issues promptly, and work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include managing customer interactions, documenting concerns, coordinating with kitchen and café teams, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience.
