Role Description The Legal Compliance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks that align with applicable laws and regulations across all aspects of Boba Bhai’s operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, assessing compliance risks, drafting and reviewing legal and policy documents,



and ensuring adherence to food safety, labor, data protection, and commercial regulations. The Legal Compliance Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides compliance training and guidance, supports internal audits, and manages communication with external legal advisors and relevant authorities. The role also involves investigating potential compliance issues, recommending corrective actions, and supporting the creation of internal controls and reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibility

-Contracts & Commercial Legal
•⁠ ⁠Draft, review, negotiate and amend agreements with vendors, suppliers, landlords, agencies, aggregators, consultants and business partners.
•⁠ ⁠Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain standard agreements, templates and a central contract repository.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure contractual obligations are properly tracked and managed.
