Job Description:
SharePoint Online Operational Support
Provide Technical/Functional operational support for SharePoint Online environments, including:
Site collections, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions
External and internal sharing controls aligned to Skanska security policies
Support project‑based SharePoint sites used for construction, engineering, procurement, and document management on demand basis.
Manage site lifecycle activities:
Provisioning, modification, archival, and decommissioning
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Access, performance, synchronization, search, and content integrity
Support integrations with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for project collaboration
