About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for building CraftifAI's top-of-the-funnel sales pipeline across India, the US, and Europe.

Your primary job is easy: Find the right companies → identify the right people → reach out → create interest → handle initial objections → book qualified meetings and demos.

This is a highly execution-oriented role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, sending thoughtful outreach, experimenting with messaging, following up relentlessly,



and turning cold prospects into conversations.

Experience: 1-2 Years

What You Will Do

1. Build the Top of the Funnel
Identify and research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across embedded systems, Industrial IoT, AI Cameras, Robotics, Drones, Automotive / ADAS, semiconductor and hardware companies, OEMs, and system integrators.
Build targeted lists of companies and relevant contacts.
Identify decision-makers, engineering leaders, architects, CTOs, product leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Research accounts before outreach to understand their products, technology stack, and potential problems.

2. Outbound Prospecting
Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
Develop personalized outreach based on the prospect, company, product, and potential use case.
Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints.
