Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise learning programs across a portfolio of clients. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations while serving as the primary coordination point between clients and cross-functional delivery teams.
Working closely with Program Directors, Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, PMO, and client stakeholders, the Project Manager drives operational excellence, mitigates delivery risks, and ensures a seamless learner experience across instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.
