Business & Growth Head — Fraganote
Role Overview
As the Business & Growth Head, you will own the P&L; and end-to-end growth engine at Fraganote—spanning revenue, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth across D2C, marketplaces, quick-commerce, and offline channels.
P&L; Ownership & Growth Strategy
Own revenue, contribution margins, and overall growth targets
Build and execute a multi-channel growth roadmap
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business efficiency
Optimize LTV/CAC, payback periods, and overall unit economics
Translate business goals into clear growth strategies and measurable outcomes
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
Scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google
Own and optimize CAC, ROAS, and blended acquisition costs
Build and experiment with current acquisition channels including affiliate, partnerships, and creators
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Continuously test new audiences, channels, campaigns,



and growth opportunities
Retention & Lifecycle — Email + WhatsApp
Own repeat revenue and key retention metrics
Build and scale email and WhatsApp marketing engines
Develop lifecycle journeys across onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and winback
Improve customer LTV through stronger retention and engagement
Analyze cohorts and customer behavior to identify opportunities for increasing repeat purchases
E-commerce & D2C Optimization
Improve CVR, AOV, and revenue per session
Identify and optimize gaps across the customer funnel and checkout experience
Drive merchandising and pricing strategies
Improve the overall D2C customer journey and conversion performance
Use data and customer insights to continuously improve website performance

Quick-Commerce Growth
Scale Fraganote’s presence across Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
Manage pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy
Drive discoverability and platform growt
