Position Purpose:

Business Development professionals are involved in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving the adoption of the company's software solutions. Here's a detailed breakdown of these activities:

Roles & Responsibilities:.

n

Identify potential clients and gather information about their needs and pain points.
n
Cold call or email prospects to introduce your software solutions.
n
Prepare for client meetings by reviewing sales pitches and product demonstrations.
n
Update CRM systems with new data and plan follow-up actions
n
Travel to client locations for face-to-face meetings and presentations.
n
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software features and perks.
n
Discuss pricing,



terms, and conditions with prospective clients.
n
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
n
Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and goals.
n
Review and refine sales strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
n

Skills Required

n

n
Minimum 3+yrs of experience in B2B SAAS Software product sales.
n
Experience working with Mid-Market clients and managing the complete sales cycle
n
Develop recent business through prospecting using a variety of lead generation methods
n
Very strong in Presentation and demonstration
n
Travel to customer sites and tradeshows to promote company's products and services
n
Should have valuable experience in Field sales
n
Good experience in Building pipeline and end to end sales cycle
n
Must have experience in B2B SAAS Software product sales.
n
Experience in HRMS or Payroll is added
