DIRECT REPORTING: Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
n
Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
n
Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.
n
Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters).
n
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.




n
Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.
n
Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
n
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
n
Basic computer skills.
n
Ability to do work both day and night shift.
n

Qualification

n

n
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Valve assembly
n
Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
