Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models for buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and other construction projects.
n
Create and modify 3D models of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel structures.
n
Hands on experience in reinforcement modelling and detailing.
n
Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
n
Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
n
Perform model quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
n




Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings.
n
Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
n
Support engineers in preparing design deliverables and project documentation.
n
Maintain model version control and project data management.
n
Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
n
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
n
Assist in implementing BIM workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Qualifications

n

3 – 10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling.

n

Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial.

n

Familiarity with structural drawings and construction documentation.

n

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

Proficiency in:
