Penetration Tester / Security Consultant – OSCP

Pune Experience: 4–8 Years

We are not looking for candidates who only run scanners and report tool-generated findings . Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think independently, manually validate vulnerabilities, understand attack and defense perspectives, and provide practical recommendations based on business risk .

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Conduct Web, API, Network, Infrastructure, and Mobile Penetration Testing .
n
Perform manual vulnerability validation, exploitation, privilege escalation, and post-exploitation.
n
Support Red Team and adversary simulation activities.
n
Use tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux .
n
Prepare technical reports,



risk ratings, business impact, and remediation recommendations.
n
Work directly with technical teams and clients on findings and remediation.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
4–8 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
n
OSCP – Mandatory.
n
Robust manual testing and exploitation skills.
n
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, and cloud security .
n
Robust understanding of privilege escalation and post-exploitation.
n
Good client communication and technical reporting skills.
n
Consulting or Red Team experience is preferred.
n
