Job Description & Requirements

What we are looking for:

n

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders in any stream.
n
Experience:
n
Mandatory: Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
n
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.
n
Skills:
n
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
n
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
n
Robust customer-centric approach with quick problem-solving abilities.
n
Flexibility:
n
Comfortable working primarily night/semi-night shifts.
n




Ability to handle extended shifts and pressure during peak seasons.
n
Willingness to support on weekends/public holidays if business needs arise.
n

Added Advantages (Preferred Skills)

Prior knowledge or experience in the US Healthcare domain.
n
Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller.
n
Knowledge of US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification.
