About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with deep expertise in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership with domain expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for Wealth Management clients.
n
Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders.
n
Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.
n
Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers.
n
Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.
n
Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.
n
Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops, and strategic advisory.
n

Required Experience

n

n
15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery.
n
Experience working with Wealth Management, Multi-Family Office,



Private Investment, Asset Management, or Private Banking organizations.
n
Solid understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and wealth management business processes.
n
Experience managing large global delivery teams.
n
Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
