Job Description:

Position: CSR Auditor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and conduct CSR audits at manufacturing sites, suppliers, or company facilities.
Evaluate compliance with labour laws, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental regulations, and ethical business practices.
Review company policies, procedures, records, and documentation related to CSR compliance.
Conduct employee and management interviews to verify compliance with CSR standards.
Inspect workplaces to assess working conditions, health and safety measures, and environmental practices.
Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare accurate audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations.
Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with customer codes of conduct and international standards such as ISO 26000, SA8000, as applicable.
Maintain audit records and ensure confidentiality of information.



Provide guidance and training on CSR requirements and best practices.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws, environmental regulations, and CSR standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CSR standards and auditing principles.
Understanding of labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and objectivity.
Ability to travel for in office audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit reporting software

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
