We’re looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our growing team, own key HR activities, and help us build structured HR processes as the organization grows.

? CTC: Up to 3 LPA

We’re looking for someone organized, people-oriented, responsible, and confident in handling HR functions independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve working closely with management across:
Recruitment & End-to-End Hiring
HR Operations & Documentation
Employee Management & Engagement
HR Policies & Processes
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
KRAs, KPIs & Performance Management
HR Compliance & Labour Laws
HRMS & HR Trackers
Training, Development & Employee Experience





? Ideal candidate:
•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of relevant HR experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong recruitment & employee-handling experience
•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of HR operations & compliance
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills
•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
•⁠ ⁠HRMS, payroll & compliance experience will be an added advantage
