Role Description
The Digital Operations & Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media channels, and managing online brand presence for OSN Academy. The manager will track and analyze web performance metrics, optimize digital funnels,



and drive lead generation initiatives to support admissions and enrollment goals.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with academic and administrative teams, updating website and digital assets, managing paid and organic campaigns, and ensuring consistent, targeted communication with prospective and current learners. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, recommending new digital strategies, and maintaining compliance with data privacy and platform policies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience designing and managing online campaigns.
