Role Description The Admissions Officer will handle day-to-day admissions activities, including counseling prospective students, assessing eligibility for international programs, and guiding applicants through admission and visa processes. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining course options and entry requirements, preparing and reviewing application documents, and coordinating with partner institutions.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing timely follow-up, and delivering high-quality customer service to students and families. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
Knowledge of International Admissions processes and Education pathways, particularly for Australian universities and colleges.
Customer Service skills to provide responsive, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions and visa journey.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort with basic office software and student management systems; prior experience in education consulting or admiss
