NextGen Identity is looking for a motivated and enthusiasticTalent Acquisition Executive to join our team and support our growing recruitment requirements.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen CVs based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand job requirements, priorities and hiring timelines.
Assist with offer coordination, documentation and pre-joining follow-ups.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.




Support other HR and employee engagement activities as required.
? Required Skills
0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.
Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong proficiency in English communication.
Prior experience recruiting for IT / Cybersecurity / Technology roles will be an advantage.
