SUBO is a contemporary women’s wear brand based in Surat, building a fashion label that brings together thoughtful design, modern aesthetics, and strong craftsmanship.
We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team and work closely with the founders and team across hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Be Working On
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Source and screen candidates across different roles
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
Support employee engagement and internal activities
Help maintain HR records, documentation, and attendance
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Work closely with different teams to understand hiring requirements
What We’re Looking For
Graduates pursuing HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates and coordinating interviews
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office
Someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced startup environment
Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Work Mode: On-site
Type: Full-time Internship
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
Duration: Internship with potential for a longer-term opportunity based on performance
