Job Description
Uni Global Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Application Processing Executive to join our team in Guntur.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end application processing of students applying to international universities and ensuring that applications are completed accurately and submitted within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end processing of student applications for overseas universities.
Review student profiles and check eligibility based on university and course requirements.
Collect, verify, and organize academic and supporting documents.
Prepare and submit applications through university portals and application systems.
Coordinate with universities regarding application requirements, application status, and additional documentation.
Follow up on offer letters, conditional offers,



unconditional offers, and pending requirements.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and update the CRM/internal systems.
Coordinate closely with counsellors and students throughout the application process.
Identify missing or incorrect documents and ensure timely resolution.
Track application deadlines and ensure submissions are completed within the required timelines.
Maintain regular follow-ups with universities and relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated on university admission requirements, intakes, application procedures, and documentation requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Overseas Education / Study Abroad / International Admissions industry.
Strong practical knowledge of student application processing.
Good understanding of international university admission procedures and documentation.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writte
