? Hiring | Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our factory operations team and manage production planning, material coordination, scheduling, and production performance.

? Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Plan production as per machine capacity, manpower availability, material availability, and delivery commitments
• Monitor actual production against planned targets and identify deviations
• Prepare MIS reports, production dashboards, and planning reports
• Track raw material and component availability to avoid production delays
• Monitor WIP, finished goods, and inventory levels
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution




• Prepare production schedules and prioritize jobs based on customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Support capacity planning and optimize machine/manpower utilization
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion of production activities
• Maintain planning data and provide regular updates to management
? Requirements
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning / PPC / factory operations
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and production planning techniques
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
? Preferred
Experience in PPC, production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, BOM, MRP, and shop-floor coordination will be preferred.
