We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our hotel, marriage lawn and banquet property.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage hotel, banquet, lawn and overall premises
* Oversee guest services, housekeeping, kitchen and staff
* Handle accounts, expenses, billing and daily financial records
* Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor coordination
* Supervise weddings, events, parking and space utilisation
* Ensure safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance
* Lead and manage the complete hotel & banquet team
* Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent service

Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in hotel, resort, banquet or wedding venue operations, with strong leadership, accounting and people-management skills.
