We are looking for a sharp Billing & QS Specialist with experience in MEP/Construction services to accurately quantify materials, prepare client bills, verify vendor invoices, and manage payment approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and process client invoices and running account (RA) bills based on work progress.
-Verify sub-contractor bills, measurement sheets, and supplier invoices.
-Measure executed quantities directly from on-site work, verify joint measurement sheets (JMR), measurement books (MB), and abstract sheets.
-Track material reconciliation (actual site consumption versus theoretical BOQ limits).
-Process extra items, deviations, and variations for claims approvals.
-Coordinate with the client’s billing department for bill certification and payment follow-ups.

What we look for:

-Prior experience in MEP/Construction client billing.
-Hands-on proficiency in Tally, advanced MS Excel and billing softwares.
-Solid baseline understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
-Strong analytical skills, attention to numerical detail, and familiarity with GST/TDS billing rules.
