Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will handle direct customer inquiries, present tour packages, and guide customers through booking and payment processes. Day-to-day tasks include responding to calls and walk-in customers, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with operations and reservations teams to confirm itineraries, and providing post-sales support to ensure a smooth travel experience. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to promotional activities, and uphold high standards of customer service.
Qualifications

Strong customer service, persuasion, and negotiation abilities suited to a sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of tours, travel products, and itinerary planning; prior experience in travel or hospitality sales is preferred.
Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office applications for managing leads, bookings, and reports.
