Having robust hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, construction sequencing, progress measurement, critical path analysis, delay analysis and schedule reporting.

About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls to be based in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and controlling project schedules, monitoring contractor performance, identifying schedule risks and delays, and providing timely recommendations for corrective and recovery measures.
Develop and maintain the Project Master Schedule in Primavera P6.
Establish appropriate WBS, activity coding, calendars, relationships, milestones and critical path.
Develop baseline, detailed execution,



procurement, design and commissioning schedules.
Integrate design, approvals, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
Review contractor baseline schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, resources and achievability.
Ensure alignment of contractor schedules with overall project milestones.
Develop detailed L2/L3/L4 schedules as required by the project.
Prepare and maintain 2-week, 4-week and monthly look-ahead schedules.
Identify interface activities and constraints affecting project progress.
Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline schedule.
Collect and validate progress information from site teams and contractors.
Carry out weekly and monthly schedule updates.
Analyse planned vs. actual progress and identify slippages.
Track critical and near-critical activities.
Monitor key project milestones and sectional completion dates.
