Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Home One’s interior design services. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, developing content calendars, running online marketing campaigns, and optimizing paid and organic activities for brand awareness and lead generation.



The role involves monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate with designers, sales, and leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. This role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends and proposing new ideas to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) for brand building and lead generation.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
