About the Opportunity
One of our clients operating in the premium agricultural land and managed plantation sector is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing property enquiries, qualifying prospects, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings and site visits, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management and Qualification
Handle enquiries and leads generated through online advertising campaigns, referrals and other marketing activities.
Contact new leads promptly through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.
Understand each prospect’s property requirements, budget, preferred location and investment objectives.
Qualify prospects based on their interest, requirements and expected purchasing timeline.




Maintain regular and skilled follow-ups with every assigned lead.

Client Communication and Sales Support
Introduce prospects to the company’s agricultural land and managed plantation projects.
Share approved project information, presentations, brochures, videos and pricing details.
Explain project features,, location advantages, available land options and key features clearly.
Address initial customer questions and coordinate detailed discussions with senior sales executives when required.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers.

Meetings and Site Visit Coordination
Schedule client meetings, online presentations and property site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure a smooth site- experience.
Confirm appointments and send reminders and relevant information to prospects.
Follow up with after meetings and site visits to capture feedback and determine the next action.
