Senior Director - Product Management Job Summary: As Senior Director - Product for Ads, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for JioStar's Ads Platform. We're building India's premium retail media platform, taking the commerce and AdTech infrastructure we've built and battle-tested at scale and externalizing it as a high-performance ads platform for brands, sellers and retail partners. This is a rare opportunity to productize proven infrastructure: high-QPS ad serving inside live shopping journeys, rich first-party commerce signals and closed-loop measurement that connects ad spend directly to sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop product strategy and roadmap focused on Advertisement
Create value through a clear vision, addressing product challenges holistically while fostering a vision and culture for team success
Leverage extensive experience in guiding technical products to lead strategic roadmaps for JioHotstar's key components, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, explicit communication, and effective problem-solving




Develop frameworks and strategies to analyze the competitive landscape, identify data partnerships, and explore new opportunities
Drive data analytics, user research, and market insights to refine JioHotstar's consumer experience offerings, utilizing expertise in guiding technical products
Innovate with a long-term vision, addressing product challenges from a business perspective, prioritizing effectively, and adjusting course as needed
