Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Service Engineer role based in Pune City. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure reliable equipment performance. The role involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and upgrades, and guiding customers on proper operation and preventive maintenance. The Service Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, adhere to safety standards, and maintain professional communication with customers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
