Position Overview UpCarrera Education is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor / Tele Caller to support our student acquisition and admissions operations. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational objectives, providing relevant guidance, nurturing leads, and driving successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage prospective student leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ academic goals,



career aspirations, and course preferences to recommend suitable options.
Provide accurate information regarding universities, programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and intakes.
Conduct systematic follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.  Achieve assigned monthly admission and business development targets.
Maintain updated and accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.
Coordinate effectively with Counselling, Admissions, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Support students throughout the application, documentation, and payment processes.
Resolve student queries professionally and ensure timely communication.
Stay informed about university programs, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and market developments.
