Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



building and nurturing relationships with prospect and client stakeholders, and supporting the growth of opportunity pipelines. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads, coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and managing outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels. The specialist will prepare and deliver presentations, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide timely feedback on prospect needs and market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, improve customer experience, and contribute to revenue targets.
