Multisource Development Audit & To ensure Tool Life w.r.t defined life, Market issues study with PTDB and solution and incorporation in Existing models, PTDB incorporation and resolution in the Existing models, Self-Certified Suppliers (DOL) audit, Risk based T1 Audit, Critical Tier-2 audit & Global SCP audit.Academic Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) required & 4~5 YearsTechnical Skills/Knowledge
• Product & Process Expertise• Expertise in Auditing for Plastic & Rubber Parts• Problem Solving• Supplier Manufacturing Capability Assessment• PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP & APQP• Understanding of Rubber Parts- Tyres, Compression molding parts like Grommets, O-ring, water guard, Suspension of Canister, OWV, ROV etc and Rubber extrusion molding tube parts like tube and hoses.Behavioural Skills
