• First-line technical support & troubleshooting
• Manage support queues, requests & escalations
• Platform usage reporting & analytics
• Content publishing & lifecycle management
• Monitor expired/outdated pages and site content
• User training, onboarding & platform support
• Stakeholder coordination across India & APAC
• Documentation, issue tracking & resolution
