Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Measurement Engineer / MarTech Engineer to own and optimize our digital measurement ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in analytics implementation, attribution modeling, server-side tracking, and marketing technology platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring measurement accuracy, tracking governance, privacy compliance, and actionable business insights across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end digital measurement and tracking infrastructure.
Design, implement, and maintain tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Configure and manage Server-Side GTM environments to improve data quality and attribution accuracy.
Develop and validate data layers, event tracking frameworks, and analytics implementation standards.
Build and optimize attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness across channels.
Work with large datasets using BigQuery and SQL for analytics, reporting, and reconciliation.




Implement and maintain paid media tracking solutions including Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and other marketing platform integrations.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations through Consent Mode V2, cookieless tracking, and governance best practices.
Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio and other BI tools.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to improve data accuracy and business decision-making.
