Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the end-to-end property buying journey. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits,



and ensuring a smooth transaction process in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, providing regular follow-ups, and gathering feedback to improve service quality. The Relationship Manager will represent Blox’s values of transparency, customer focus, and digital innovation in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within real estate, fintech, or other consumer-focused sectors.
Comfort with digital platforms and tools, including CRM systems and online property listing or transaction systems.
