Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role at DreamHouzz - Architecture & Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and coordination with architecture and construction teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with vendors,



and ensuring design quality and consistency across projects. The role involves meeting clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, overseeing in office execution, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Interior Design and FF&E;, with the ability to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing spaces.
Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts and ensure efficient use of available areas.
Solid understanding of Architecture principles to align interior solutions with overall building design.
Experience in preparing accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
