Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the mobile technology roadmap and architectural strategy.
Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable mobile application architectures.
Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Lead and mentor mobile engineering teams.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in React Native or Flutter (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java).
Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience integrating mobile applications with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, backend integrations, and data synchronization.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Comprehensive understanding of the full mobile application development lifecycle.
Leadership Skills
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Profile
12+ years of software development experience with significant mobile expertise.
