✅ 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or O2C Operations
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Experience handling US customers in a Voice Process environment
✅ Hands-on experience with Order Entry, ERP/CRM systems, and Order-to-Cash processes
✅ Willingness to work Night Shifts (US Business Hours)
✅ Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
