Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quick Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive with 3–5 years of experience in launching new products on e-commerce, marketplace, FMCG, D2C, or Quick Commerce channels and take care of operations.
The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms, including listings, price negotiations, ensuring seamless order processing, shipment planning, delivery appointments, GRN closure, platform coordination,



and operational reporting.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid ownership, follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Operations
Initiate listings, monitor and manage Purchase Orders (POs) received across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms.
Ensure timely acceptance, processing, and execution of platform purchase orders.
Track order status, shipment progress, platform requirements, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal warehouse and logistics teams to ensure dispatch readiness and timely order fulfilment.
Monitor pending orders and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
2. Appointment & Delivery Management
Plan, schedule, and manage delivery appointments as per platform purchase orders and operational requirements.
