BrightEdge is an enterprise SEO and AEO platform. We are building the marketing function in India as a remote team, we ship product every month, and the category we sell into is moving rapid.
This is a right hand seat to the marketing lead. You will act as a force multiplier for leadership: operationalising programs, owning outcomes, and keeping teams aligned and accountable. It starts with the sales pitch and grows into programs.
Key responsibilities
Field enablement: Take the messaging from marketing to the field. Build the deck that fits the deal in front of us, plus proposal and RFP support on enterprise pitches.
Asset library: Own the pitch deck library, organised by industry and by buyer, and keep field assets current as we ship: c, objection guides, competitive matrices.
Program management: Own end-to-end project management for integrated campaigns and GTM programs, from kickoff through execution to post-mortem. Build the plans, timelines and workflows, and hold the dates.




Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Events, Sales and Product to keep messaging consistent and execution on track.
Operations support: Help marketing leadership run the org: leadership meetings, All Hands, QBRs, OKRs, budget tracking and planning.
Performance tracking: Define the KPIs, track them, and recommend what to change to improve return.
Operational improvement: Find the process gaps and put systems, tools and workflows in place, including AI, to make the team faster.

Skills and experience
4 to 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, integrated campaigns, marketing operations or consulting, ideally in a high growth or matrixed org.
Passion for marketing, and excited about getting results.
Skilled at putting structure to complex, ambiguous problems.
Highly organised, with strong stakeholder management across sales and marketing.
