Job Description

The Operations Lead is crucial to Third Bridge's transformation program, coordinating operations across Legal, Compliance, and Editorial. This hands-on role drives a three-year agenda aimed at creating a scalable, tech-enabled model that enhances throughput and quality without a proportional increase in headcount.

We seek a candidate who thrives in ambiguous environments, thinks systemically, and understands that effective operational design centers on its users. While a background in legal, compliance, or editorial is not required, candidates must be analytically rigorous, commercially savvy,



and motivated to streamline complex, multi-functional operations.

Reporting Line

Reports to: Head of Legal and Transformation

Indirect relationships: Head of Compliance, Head of Editorial, General Counsel

Scope: Operational oversight across Legal, Compliance, and Editorial globally, primarily based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Process Improvement

Identify and map high-volume, repeatable tasks across functions for automation, actively engaging in project development.
Create explicit briefs for feature requests, detailing the operational case and costs of current workarounds.
Pinpoint structural or resourcing issues causing operational friction and propose practical alternatives, tracking resolutions formally.

Volume & Capacity Management

Maintain real-time visibility of volumes across Compliance, Editorial, and Legal, including inbound files, output rates, turnaround ti
