We are looking for an Operations Intern who is organised, proactive, analytical and comfortable taking responsibility in a quick-moving environment.
About the Role
This is not a passive internship where your responsibilities will be limited to making spreadsheets or attending meetings.
As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with multiple departments and support the execution of organisational activities from planning to completion.

You will learn how an organisation operates as a whole and how different departments work together to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple departments.
Follow up with team members regarding pending activities.
Track deadlines, dependencies and completion status.
Ensure information flows properly between teams.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately.
2. Project & Task Management
Assist in planning and executing organisational projects.
Break large projects into actionable tasks.
Maintain project trackers and timelines.
Monitor progress against deadlines.
Identify risks before they become major problems
